I'm only a regular customer, not the owner, but I can tell you its Victoria ambiance, the delicious food (and scrumptious desserts), the gourmet tea, and the gracious hostess, Tea Mistress Beverly Terfloth, make it a favorite spot. It's a most unique and delightful place.
