Caché, a casual restaurant showcasing a market-based menu by award-winning local chef Josiah Citrin, brings an unrivaled dining experience to the West Side, with a stunning romantic garden setting and sleek design.
The relaxed, indoor-outdoor spaciousness creates an alluring ambiance. The clean and modern design highlights natural materials, using white walls, dark mahogany and teak flooring and combining them with concrete, stainless steel and fieldstone surfaces.
Inspired by its spectacular garden surroundings, the streamlined dining room reaches out to the outdoor bar and lounge fitted with retractable awnings and fire-pit, accommodating all-weather dining. And three cabanas encased in fieldstone sit adjacent to the garden lounge for intimate and private dining.
The airy dining room is detailed with vaulted ceilings and accented with expansive picture windows dressed with handsome geometric metal work and votive candles, softly illuminating evening dining and dramatic street views of Santa Monica. Interior walls are the stage for its stellar art program which supports the Southern California art scene with regularly changing exhibits by prominent local artists, including Ed Moses, Ed Ruscha and Dennis Hopper.
And as the name suggests, Caché, the French name for “Hidden,” offers a secret hideaway to be discovered in Santa Monica.
